The front desk staff was incredibly rude. I was yelled at for taking a free water bottle. The rooms were clean but the walls were thin.
Overall, it was a great experience! The rooms were amazing, the food was delicious, and the casino was exciting. Lots to do!
The hotel is generally nice, but I had a few issues. My room wasn't ready on time, the elevators were noisy, and the buffet wasn't worth the price. The staff was very helpful with one issue, but some were not so great.
Clean room, easy check-in, but the pool was closed and the buffet system was down. Customer service was inconsistent.
My wife and I had a fantastic time! The room was great, and the location was perfect for exploring Biloxi and Ocean Springs. We loved the drink service at the casino - a huge plus! Morton's was a highlight.
